Draft Performance Improvement Plan 2019/20

Closed 14 Jun 2019

Opened 21 May 2019

Overview

Under the Local Government Act (Northern Ireland) 2014 the Council is required, at the beginning of each financial year, to publish an Improvement Plan which sets out its plan for discharging its duties for the financial year ahead.

The purpose of the Performance Improvement Plan is to evidence that the Council is delivering on its duty under the Local Government Act (Northern Ireland) 2014 to secure continuous improvement.

Our annual improvement plan and objectives are aligned to the Council’s Corporate Plan 2015/19 and the Big Plan for Ards and North Down 2017-2032.

You can download a copy of the draft Performance Improvement Plan 2019-20, the Corporate Plan 2015-2019 (extended to 2020) or the Big Plan for Ards and North Down 2017-2032 by selecting it from the relevant document links at the bottom of this page.
