Overview

We are seeking resident views on the Council's proposed Performance Improvement Objectives 2021/22.

Why your views matter

The Local Government Act (Northern Ireland) 2014 requires the Council to publish an Improvement Plan which sets out its plan for discharging its duties for the financial year ahead.

The purpose of the Performance Improvement Plan is to provide evidence that the Council is seeking to continually improve its performance.

Our annual improvement plan and objectives are aligned to the Council’s Community Plan, the Big Plan for Ards and North Down 2017-2032 and its recently published Corporate Plan Towards 2024.

You can download a copy of the draft Performance Improvement Objectives 2021/22 or the Big Plan for Ards and North Down 2017-2032 by selecting the relevant document links at the bottom of this page.  The Corporate Plan Towards 2024 can be viewed by following this link.
