ForM Sculpture Exhibition is an annual outdoor exhibition hosted by the Arts Service of Ards and North Down Borough Council.

Artists are invited to make submissions for this open air exhibition in the beautiful surroundings of Bangor Castle Walled Garden, Co. Down.

Covid-19 restrictions permitting, the outdoor exhibition is due to take place from 1 - 30 June 2022

Participation in the exhibition is through a selection process, or invitation. 

DEADLINE: Saturday 19 March 2022, 11:59pm (sharp)

In 2021 we were delighted to host the exhibition again after a year's absence due to the pandemic. We were fortunate to be able to document and archive the exhibition with a Virtual Exhibition which you can still view HERE. 

Artists applying this year are encouraged to view the virtual exhibition and take inspiration from how the sculptures work and interact within the garden environment. 

SUPPORT MATERIALS

Before you complete this application, please have ready:

• Proposal of work
• An Artist Statement 
• An Artists CV
• 1-3 images* max (or sketches) of each of the proposed sculptures/artworks  
• 3-6 images* max of previous work (include information such as titles on separate page)  

Artists are encouraged to visit the Walled Garden to draw inspiration from the surroundings. The garden is currently open to the public daily from 10am - 3pm

• This is an outdoor sculpture exhibition and we will be following Covid-19 restrictions.
