Mind Body Business is a joint initiative by the Public Health Agency and Ards and North Down Borough Council that aims to benefit you, your business and your employees. 

We are currently planning for the 2022/23 Programme.  We are seeking the views and opinions of our local businesses to assist in planning this years programme and the activities and events included.
