Overview

Action Cancer offers digital breast screening every two years for self referring women aged 40 - 49 and 70+. The screening service is available from Action Cancer House in Belfast (Mon-Fri) and onboard the Big Bus which travels across Northern Ireland visiting communities and workplaces. Screening can detect changes which might not be seen or felt during a breast examination.

Why your views matter

In 2019 and 2020 we booked the Big Bus for two of our council sites.  We want to know if you would like to see the return of the Big Bus in 2024. If you do not want a mammogram it is still important to be breast aware and regularly check yourself.
