Management Team Survey

Overview

Hi guys,

The purpose of this short survey is to identify some of the main challenges we are faced with on a daily basis and then attempt to create some solutions in time for us reopening.

I have highlighted a few areas that I believe are relevant in both restricted opening times (after lockdowns) and in ‘normal’ times. But please list everything and anything you feel is a challenge for you, or us as a management team.
