Help Improve Our Appraisal Scheme on Core

Overview

The latest version of the Appraisal Scheme was launched in Core in September 23. By end of Februrary 2025, you were asked to do the following steps:

For colleagues with access to a corporate device:

1. Digitally complete the employee Appraisal Meeting steps on Core and sign it off.
2. Meet with your line manager for your appraisal meeting to discuss and agree the details onto Core, with your line manager signing it off. 
3. Complete the Review Meeting on Core approximately 6 months later in the same way as numbers 1 and 2 above. 

For colleagues who have no access to a corporate device, using Jotform:

1. Meet with your line manager for your Appraisal Meeting, agreeing the answers on the Jotform which was then uploaded to the appraisal section on Core.
2. Complete a Review Meeting approximately 6 months later in the same way.
