Overview

As part of the drive towards becoming an ‘employer of choice’ the Council is considering the compilation of a scheme to facilitate apprenticeships, placements and traineeships. By attracting future employees, as well as growing talent from among current employees, our workforce better comprises the necessary skills, knowledge and behaviours needed for specific job roles, future employment and progression.
