Ards and North Down Borough Council is embarking on a process to undertake a review of the Holywood Masterplan which was commissioned by the Department for Social Development (now the Department for Communities) in 2014.
The Masterplan is a non-statutory document which provides the framework for the promotion, implementation and timing of urban regeneration, recreation, tourism, and leisure initiatives.
The review process is conducted in two stages;
Stage 1, which took place in 2022, included a series of Public Conversation Sessions and an online survey led by the Council. COMPLETE
The data submitted through the public session and online survey was collated and analysed to form the next step of the process.
Stage 2, the Council appointed Consultants, The Paul Hogarth Company, to lead the Masterplan review process.
Taking on board your comments from Stage 1, The Paul Hogarth Company, in partnership with the Council, have developed a series of proposed priorities for the town centre. We invite you to take a look and let us know what you think by completing the online survey.
