Allergens and Food Labelling Workshop

Overview

Taste Ards and North Down members are invited to attend a practical and informative workshop focused on food labelling  and allergens managment requirements.  

This session will provide essential guidance on complying with current legislation, including Natasha’s Law, and will support businesses in protecting customers and maintaining high food safety standards.

Attendees will gain a clear understanding of the 14 major allergens, how to label products correctly, and how to manage cross-contamination risks. The workshop is particularly relevant for food producers, event hot food vendors and restaurant kitchen managers.

Ards and North Down Borough Council encourages Taste AND members to take part in this important training opportunity to ensure they are confident in meeting their legal obligations and providing safe, transparent information to customers.

The course will be delivered by SERC and AND Envionmental Health
