Overview

Register your interest in participating in our first ever 'awards lab' a session designed to help food and drink producers prepare for upcoming food and drink awards.

A panel of seasoned experts led by Laura Bradley of Indie Fude have been convened to help you make decisions about your produce.  Whether you want to develop flavours, make choices between products or need some direction about which awards are right for your business then this session will help.

Why your views matter

Awards do matter in the food and drink sector. They help to elevate your reputation and are widely proven to attract new customers and foment innovation in product development.

This session at SERC will help you find a direction with supportive input from a panel who want you to grow in confidence and know where to aim your product to maximise your chances of award wins. 

You will have a prep area supported by SERC staff whilst the panel take in your product brief which will list ingredients and where you want to position the product  in the market.  You will then meet the panel who will taste samples from your submissions.  The panel will provide supportive advice appropiate to your queries about where to take your produce or which product line(s) to enter.

What happens next

We will look at your submission and get back to you with an offer of an appointment slot between 9.30am and 12:30 pm ahead of awards lab day.
