Donaghadee Festival Traders EOI
Overview
On behalf of Donaghadee Community Development Association (DCDA), Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited from food and drink businesses who would like to trade at Donaghadee Festival on Friday 16 August and Saturday 17 August 2024. The event includes the second edition of the Ulster Fry World Championships.
The inaugural Ulster Fry event in 2023 yielded widespread media coverage across Northern Ireland and it is expected that this will grow substantially in 2024. Event Ambassador, Jenny Bristow, will be using produce from traders in cooking demonstrations thus participating businesses may also benefit from some additional PR.
The event will take place in a tented village adjacent to the local Community Centre and operate between the hours of 11am and 4pm on both days.
Whilst this trading opportunity does NOT prioritise Taste Ards & North Down members, as with other local food and drink events, local businesses may be given preference in the event of over-subscription.
Booking fees are £30 for a single day and £45 for two. The booking fee will be payable in advance of the event. Instructions on how to pay will be sent to those who have submitted successful EOI submissions..
DCDA will reserve the right to decide on the allocation of trading places.
