Trade Events For Food & Drink Producers

Overview

Expressions of Interest are invitted from food and drink producers based in Ards North Down at out-of-borough events.  Interested businesses must be a current member of the Ards & North Down Food and Drink Network and fully comply with food standards, insurance requirements and the terms of trading under the Taste Ards & North Down identity.

Why your views matter

This is an EOI application, ultimately your place at any events is dependent on the screening of our application to external event organisers.  Whilst we can put forward interested companies for selection please accept that the event organisers have final say on who they will select. There may be limits set on company size and turnover which are beyond our conttrol.  By submitting an EOI you are obligated to provide post event evaluation if successful.

What happens next

We will screen your EOI and submit all company names to the external event organisers for them to pick those they wish to attend theitr event.  Please note external organisers have the final say on traders. 

If you are offered a place your booking fee must be paid promptly. Once paid, you will NOT be granted any repayment in the event of your withdrawal notwithstanding exceptional circumstances.
