Ulster Fry Festival, Donaghadee – Trader Expression of Interest (EOI)

Ards and North Down Borough Council  on behalf of Donaghadee Community Development Association invites Expressions of Interest from food and drink traders across Northern Ireland to participate in the Ulster Fry Championships, taking place in Donaghadee on Saturday 15 August 2026.

This flagship event will celebrate one of Northern Ireland’s most iconic food traditions, with the market forming a key part of the programme alongside the main championship competition. Renowned cook and tv personality Jenny Bristow will host the event, helping to create a vibrant and engaging experience for visitors.

Who should apply

We are seeking quality, artisan food and drink producers and traders who will  showcase a range of NI produce. Priority will be given to businesses that:

• Demonstrate a strong artisan or craft focus
• Offer products that complement the Ulster Fry theme and wider food offering
• Provide an engaging and professional market presence
