Playclubs Debrief Test
Overview
Debrief Form is to completed at the end of each play session by the team, with contributions from all staff and volunteers attending. It's purpose is:
- listen to the needs of children who participate and adjust to these needs, accordingly.
- record staff, volunteer and children numbers.
- record SPICE outcomes.
- record activity responses, or why changes to programme occurred.
- record any other resources that are required.
Why your views matter
SPICE supports children's development, it emphasises the importance of the child's voice.
Social - Learning to share, cooperate, take turns and build friendships through play
Physical - Developing coordination, balance, fine/gross motor skills through active play
Intellectual - Stimulating curiosity, imagination, and problem solving through exploration and learning.
Creative - Encouraging imagination and self expression through art, music and role play.
Emotional - Building confidence, resilience, and understanding of emotions through safe play
