Overview

Ards and North Down Borough Council is a Market Surveillance authority for the Cosmetic Product Regulations.

Northern Ireland authorities are currently undertaking a Market Surveillance project in relation to local cosmetics suppliers. The aim of the project is to review the range of products supplied locally and assess the levels of compliance with relevant legislation.

At this stage we are seeking information about the products you supply. There is no reason to suspect any issue with the products you supply, and this request has been issued to all relevant businesses as part of this project.
